Not all changes associated with age and hormones require medical treatment, but there are times when consulting a specialist is a good idea. If you experience significant symptoms such as extreme fatigue, prolonged depression, rapid changes in muscle loss, or persistent issues with libido, it may be worth speaking with an endocrinologist or urologist.  

Treatment options for hormonal imbalances range from lifestyle adjustments to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) under medical supervision. The best approach will depend on your specific needs, so working with a professional will provide clarity and customized solutions.
